Workshop: Facilitated focus group session to compile feedback or develop assessments (45-90 Minutes)

Tom Olivo can lead a large-scale focus group session to compile feedback and create diagnostic instruments. The audience would be arranged in small groups of 8-12 people to participate in a feedback workshop. The focus of the session would be to elicit information that will help develop assessment surveys for measuring business practices, people measures, customer satisfaction and loyalty, operational metrics, and supplier (business partner) standards. Sample questions that could be addressed include:

• With respect to organizational performance measurement, what are you currently doing and how?
• What is working (what aspect of your business do you measure well)?
• What is not working (what do you need to improve with respect to performance measurement)?
• What are your greatest challenges in trying to integrate your performance measures or establish performance measures linked to compensation?
• What are the greatest challenges you believe the manufacturing industry is facing today?

Success Profiles will do a content analysis of the focus group information and e-mail the summary of results to all the participants within one week.
