After the certification training has been completed, there are three ways that Accounting Professionals can work with Success Profiles:

1. As an Outsourced Resource:   Success Profiles can perform assessments with your clients directly.  Your clients work directly with our professionals and your firm receives an "engagement fee" between 5% and 20% of the total billings.  This option is usually chosen when the Accounting Firm or Consulting Firm has no interest in developing an assessment competency but still want their clients to undergo the diagnostic process.

2. As a Joint Engagement:  Success Profiles and members of your firm work "side by side" as one team to perform work for your clients.  The fees are shared and the focus of the joint work is to transfer the assessment competency to your firm.  This option is usually chosen to assist our new partners in their first few engagements.

3. As a "back office" Processing Center: Success Profiles core competencies are flexible assessment design, information processing, reporting and information management.  We perform hundreds of assessments each year for our established network of alliances.  Our fees are very inexpensive and over the last 8 years and 600 engagements, we have never missed a report deadline (our turnaround time can be less than 24 hours if desired).  Firms that have established business performance measurement as a core service offering usually choose this option.
