Systems theory reminds us that groups of people are similar to an engine.  All the pieces can be in place, and the parts may be cleaned and lubricated, however, if the belts are worn and the metal is fatigued; when the heat is turned up, the machine will not operate to full capacity.  It may even die. Multi-rater Assessments - A multi-rater assessment (also known as 360 degree feedback, multi-source feedback, multi-rater feedback, full-circle appraisal, and upward feedback,  - just to name a few) is the process in which you, your manager, your peers, direct reports and others who you interact with evaluate you on a set of performance criteria.

Sales Readiness Assessment – A multi-rater tool for Sales Managers and Sales People to evaluate their performance. Benefits include providing a template for performance reviews, pin-points area needing improvements, and opens the lines of communication between sales people and sales managers.

Listening Assessment – Dr. Tony Alessandra, author of Charisma and the Platinum Rule, has partnered with Success Profiles to develop a comprehensive assessment to evaluate an individuals listening skills.  The assessment can either be administered as an individual or multi-rater tool.   The assessment measures and helps participants improve several different aspects of listening including; concentration, responsiveness, and emotional control.
