Mark Smith is a Cultural
Development consultant for Success Profiles, Inc. Much
of Marks career has been involved in identifying
success characteristics in leaders and employees. Mark
has designed diagnostic tools like structured interviews,
performance appraisals, 360° appraisals, and management
assessment centers to ensure that organizations build
and maintain a high-performance culture.
In his professional career, Mark
has over 11 years of experience identifying organizations
underlying business challenges, designing remedies,
and assisting businesses in implementing solutions and
sustaining results. Mark provides solutions to help
organizations:

needs
- Manage and maximize the productivity
of people as an asset through training and continuous
quality improvement

Through his work, Mark has identified specific

benchmarks to improve business results.
Personal Information
Mark is an adjunct professor at Montana
State University-College of Technology, and serves as
a board member of the R.E.A.D.I. Workforce Training
System (Belgrade, Montana).
Mark has a Bachelor of Arts degree from
Central Washington University. He is a certified Professional
in Human Resources (PHR), a member of the Society for
Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the American Society
for Training and Development (ASTD), and is included
in the International Whos Who of Professionals.
Mark lives in Great Falls, Montana with
his wife, Jodie, daughter, Macie, and three boys:
Moh, Izzie, and Mini Moh. The Smiths enjoy getting
away to their weekend retreat on the Blackfoot River.
