Greg Hiebert brings 26 years of studying, practicing, teaching and coaching the art and science of effective leadership. His passion is in helping organizations and individuals achieve sustained high performance through building effective and profound leadership capability and capacity.

Currently Greg is a partner in a small privately held professional services company, eXerceo Group, and focuses on helping organizations transform their leadership development into an integrated business discipline that produces breakthrough leaders. eXerceo Group’s distinctiveness is that it supports and equips clients with powerful new models about how to manage and develop their leadership in extraordinary ways. At the core of eXerceo Group’s approach is that development requires guided and facilitated action.
