Courtney McCashland is the founder and visionary of the Lydian Consulting Group, focused on building an infrastructure to enable the collaborative expertise of a gifted team of business consultants. With over a decade of experience working with leading global organizations, Dr. McCashland has gained credibility as an industry expert in measuring and managing business performance. Through the Lydian Consulting Group practices, Dr. McCashland teams with practice leaders to systemically increase client partner performance through proven online, people and technical solutions.

As a member of the executive team who founded Lydian Trust Company, the parent company of Lydian Consulting Group, Dr. McCashland directs the corporate strategy and business development efforts for Lydian Trust and its subsidiaries. Dr. McCashland represents Lydian Trust as an international spokesperson to present industry discoveries in building a profitable business through technology and strategic acquisition models. Dr. McCashland pioneered VirtualBank's private-label marketing model with leading technical and financial partner organizations, which earned the "Innovation in Marketing" award last fall at the annual CIO Conference.
